The amazing view of Lake Lugano from our room was lovely, and the personal touch from the staff made us feel celebrated during our stay.

Wonderful, fairly clean hotel with really kind and very good personnel from manager to Latvainia and Sri Lanka waiters. Marvellous location, minute walk from Chiesa Parrochiale. Satisfactory breakfast and great food selection.

I enjoyed the premium king room, that was new-fashioned.

The view stole the show

Woke up every morning to amazing views of Lake Lugano. The staff was attentive.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and we encountered some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms that disrupted our tranquility.

The place was perfect and had extremely helpful staff from manager to Latvainia and Sri Lanka waiters, appreciated the stay.

Modern looking and absolutely fantastic hotel in every way with amiable staff from manager to Latvainia and Sri Lanka waiters. A terrace and a balcony available in the premium room. Great views of the lake and a contemporary design. Wonderful location of the property in terms of restaurants on premises.

Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, with fine views of the lake from the balcony and friendly staff who provided a welcome drink upon arrival.

The staff was cute, particularly Roberto, were really nice to. Our niece loved the picturesque scenery during our explorations.

My children wanted more options for the kids at breakfast.

The location offered a peaceful retreat, with access to nearby restaurants. The room's spaciousness was a highlight, complemented by a nice view of the lake. The staff demonstrated really good attentiveness. The relaxing garden view was an unexpected bonus that elevated our mornings.

Grand Hotel Campione offers an excellent workspace with reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for business needs. The staff provided really good service during check-in and assisted efficiently with my meeting arrangements. The room was well-appointed with a fine lake view, large comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom equipped with a rain shower. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and a selection of organic juices.

Absolutely loved our stay! The views were breathtaking and our room was perfect with a spacious and modern design. The restaurant offered delicious meals that made every dinner a treat.

Really good service throughout my stay.

During my visit, the wifi connection in my room was inconsistent, significantly affecting my ability to work. I also faced issues with the room temperature. It was far too warm. Despite raising this with the front desk, the problem persisted throughout my stay without a resolution.
